Which versions of Odoo does this work with?
Odoo 18 and Odoo 19. We run Odoo 18 on our own instance, which is where we tested this before offering it to anyone. Tell us your version and edition on the discovery call and we will confirm compatibility in writing before you commit to anything.
Do I have to switch my processing to PaymentsPlus?
No. The integration needs a Clover merchant account with e-commerce enabled. If you already have one, we will work with it. If you do not, we can set one up, and in that case you also get our processing rates instead of whatever you are paying now.
How long does it take?
Three to four weeks from kickoff, most of which is the two-week parallel run rather than build time. If you need a Clover account set up first, add about a week for boarding.
What does it cost?
Integration starts at $4,500 CAD. The connector licence is passed through to you at cost with no markup. Processing is quoted separately on interchange-plus, so you can see exactly what you are paying for each.
What happens when something breaks?
Twelve months of break/fix support is included in the integration fee. We have already found and reported defects in this connector and had them fixed, so we know where it bends.
Can you see which payments were declined?
Odoo does not surface this well on its own. We build declined-payment visibility as an optional add-on for $1,500 when a client needs it.
Do you build custom Odoo modules?
We focus on the payment layer specifically. If your project is mostly about manufacturing, inventory or HR modules, an Odoo implementation partner is a better fit than we are, and we will say so.
