Get Your Xero Invoices Paid Faster
Put a payment link on the invoices you already send, and spend less of month end matching deposits to invoices by hand.
What you get
What Changes At Month End
Pay-Now On Invoices
Attach a payment link to the invoices you already send from Xero. Getting paid stops depending on your customer remembering to do a transfer.
Less Manual Matching
Card payments come through with the detail needed to match them against the right invoice, which is most of what makes month end slow.
Interchange-Plus Pricing
You see the wholesale card cost and our margin separately, rather than one blended percentage that hides which is which.
A Person Who Answers
A direct line to us instead of a ticket queue, which matters more the closer you get to a filing deadline.
How It Works
Rate Review
Send a recent processing statement. We show you what you pay today against what it would cost with us, line by line.
Account Setup
We board your merchant account and get your payment credentials issued.
Connect And Validate
We connect payments to your Xero workflow and confirm a live invoice pays and reconciles correctly before handing over.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from paying through Xero directly?
Xero itself does not process cards, it connects to third-party providers. We are one of those providers, quoted on interchange-plus rather than a blended flat rate, and we handle the setup for you.
Will my existing Xero data be affected?
No. Adding a payment method does not alter your existing invoices, contacts or historical records.
What will my rate be?
It depends on your card mix and average invoice value, which is exactly why we do not publish one headline number. Send a statement and we will give you a real figure for your business.
We run Odoo, not Xero. Do you do that too?
Yes, and in more depth. Our Odoo work includes a full invoice reconciliation integration that we built and tested on our own instance.
Spend Less Time Matching Deposits
Send us one processing statement and we will show you the breakdown your current provider does not.
